If you are worried about managing non A-Team contractors in your home let the A-Team Surveyors do it. We will attempt to get the contractor to fulfil their instruction on time and within budget. The cost of A-Team site management is fair and competitive.

 

 

 

If you require a surveyor to act as the middleman between you and the your chosen contractor a member of the A Team can help. The A Team Surveyor would visit site at least once a week, offer technical support to the contractor, carry out quality checks and fortnightly valuations of the work (we tell you what to pay the builder not the builder telling you!) Obvious benefits are piece of mind that the work is proceeding as instructed and you never pay a deposit and never pay for work that has not been done. This service can help protect you against cowboy builders!

The Fees

Full Project Management - 10% of the cost of works + VAT

If you have a good and trustworthy builder, you do not need The A Team to manage the work.
