Planning Permission Drawings
The A Team can produce existing and proposed 2D drawings, write a Design and Access Statement and submit to the local authority.
Building Control Drawings
The A Team can produce building control drawings, submit to the local authority and obtain design approval.
Structural Beam Calculations
The A Team can calculate structural members to aid building control approval.

The Process
Following email instruction a member of The A Team will visit site to carry out a measured survey and obtain the design brief from the client. The survey and design brief will be passed to another member of The A Team to produce the drawings and Design and Access Statement. The proposed scheme will be emailed to the client for information. If the client is happy with the proposed, a member of The A Team will submit the application to the council. If the client is unhappy with The A Team’s interpretation of his or her design brief, the client can draft revisions on a copy of the proposed, scan in and email to The A Team or post the revisions to one of The A Team offices or call The A Team to discuss the revisions over the telephone. Once the client is happy with the proposed scheme the application is submitted post the online payment of The A Team’s agreed fee.
