A Team Surveyors oversee the work of A Team Construction to ensure quality, Health and Safety and Statutory Obligations (i.e. planning, building & Party Wall etc).

The beauty of surveyor involvement for the client is you do not have to directly challenge the 'builder' should you have concerns. Clients can communicate all information directly to the surveyors involved in the management of the job.
